Great location. It is right next door to a cool playground for the kiddos and a delicious ice cream shop is a very short walk from the hotel. It has a neat balcony with beautiful views on the 4th floor where you check-in. The beds were very comfortable.

The property was well situated with local restaurants and stores close by. Happy to see plenty of parking. Our overall experience was great - check in was easy, the staff friendly and the facility clean. The layout of the main level was especially noteworthy; it was large and well designed, offering guests ample space to relax and enjoy the great view of the lake. Our room was efficiently designed and with the right necessities to give us everything we needed to organize ourselves for an enjoyable stay. The window shades with the dual screens that provided light w/o sacrificing privacy during the day and totally blacked out the outside light at night was a big hit!

The location was excellent! There's a spot literally next door called Tinman Social where you can eat, drink, and play games! The hotel itself was very nice! The staff was wonderful, especially the bartender who was knowledgeable about drinks and the gal at the desk late one night who was kind and helpful. Clean rooms, lovely restaurant/sitting area, good food!

The Little Elm was a wonderful surprise. It was located in a great location right in the middle of restaurants and just a few minutes away from Little Elm park. The facility was clean, well-managed, beautifully decorated, and offered more than one would expect for the great price I got on the booking. The bathroom was spacious and had nice toiletries for our use. The bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. There were more than enough outlets and charging ports in the room and a large workspace along the wall which was a nice touch. The lobby was a great place to sit and work or read. The restaurant has a lovely view and nice selection of food choices. Overall, I would recommend the Little Elm for both business and leisure stays.

The beds were so comfortable and wished I had some of those pillows. People were very nice. Loved the Dove shower gel and shampoo. The coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave was convenient.

The breakfast was delicious and super convenient. The bartender server was extremely accommodating. The selection of food items wa great and the common room with the view was too! The parking was super easy. The location was great. Many attractions like the park and trail also places to eat.

The location was amazing. The building was beautiful. There was a lot of parking staff was amazing. Location was just perfect. There were a lot of restaurants nearby and most importantly the Internet was really fast.

A very nice place. It was a 1 night stop on a road trip to Las Cruces, NM - got a great night's sleep.
